DELIVERY POLICY

1. Physical Book Delivery

Physical books purchased through www.josephkansema.co.za are delivered within South Africa using an appropriate courier or delivery service.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver physical book orders within 7 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

The 7-business-day period is our standard delivery commitment for orders within South Africa.

Delivery may take longer in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Courier delays;
  • Weather or natural events;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Unforeseen operational problems; or
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after successful payment has been confirmed.

Customers may receive an order confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after dispatch.

4. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Joseph Kansema is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete or invalid address supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply where an order must be re-delivered because of incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed to the customer before the purchase is completed.

6. Delivery Problems

If a customer has not received an order within the stated delivery period, the customer should contact:

support@josephkansema.co.za

The customer should provide the order number and delivery details so that the delivery can be investigated.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Books

Customers should inspect their books after delivery.

If a book arrives:

  • Damaged;
  • Defective;
  • Incorrect; or
  • Materially different from the product ordered,

the customer should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs may be requested to assist with the investigation.

Where the customer has a statutory right to return defective or non-conforming goods, the applicable South African consumer law will apply.

8. Lost Orders

If a delivery is confirmed as lost during transit, Joseph Kansema will investigate the matter with the delivery provider.

Where appropriate, the book may be replaced or a refund may be processed in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
